We generate an invoice for every order. We accept direct bank transfers, credit/debit cards via Stripe payment service, and PayPal.
HOW DOES THE DEVICE GET SHIPPED?
We ship the device(s) via DHL or FedEx shipment services.
HOW EASY IS THE SETUP?
For businesses, we generate an account and train the staff to use the dashboards.

DOES IT COME WITH DEDICATED MOBILE APPLICATION?
No, for businesses we only provide a web dashboard which can be viewed through mobile phone browsers but we don’t provide dedicated mobile applications.

Wattie is installed inside the electricity distribution box on live phase wires. We highly recommend hiring a professional. Please contact us to get the installation manual.

Wattie uses WiFi to connect to the internet.
DO YOU ASSIST IN SETTING UP DASHBOARDS?
Yes, we assist in setting up the dashboards and provide training to use the features.
WHEN IS THE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGED?
Subscription is charged on the 3rd day of every month.
CAN THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN BE CHANGED LATER ON?
Yes, our subscription plans are quite flexible. You can change the plan anytime. There is no need to change the hardware.
DOES IT WORK ON A 3-PHASE CONNECTION?
Yes, it works both on a single and 3-Phase connection.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP OUT DEVICES?
We usually ship out devices within 15-25 days after the payment.
